hurts extremely. please help!?

Im 16 and ive been with my boyfriend for one and a half years. We started having a year ago and it wasnt that painfull then. But after we did it a few more times it got extremely painful. i went to a gyn and she saw i had a yeast infection. When she asked if i am ually active i lied because my mom was right next to me. She gave me treatemnt and the infection went away. When i went back she said im healthy down there and the infection is gone. Me and my boyfriend tried having again and it was the same!! it feels like hes steching a cut it is sooooooooooo painful! and i dont know what to do because he sais its fine and it doesnt bother him but i can se his getting fraustrated. we tried using lube and still no luck. please help!! thank u!
