If I am looking at a full moon in the US, would it be a full moon in Africa too?

My 2 best friends and I are doing this thing, where we all look at the moon at the same time and we are split up all over the world.... so if I am watching a full moon in Vermont, my friend in Tanzania is looking at the same full moon yes? Or does the southern hemisphere have a different view of the moon?
