Chi straightener won't heat up and LCD screen is only blue no longer showing the temp, HELP?

I have a chi straightener (GF1538D to be exact) and it stopped workin literally in the middle of straightening my hair. it was no longer hot, just warm and the LCD screen was plain blue. I unplugged it, reset it, reset my outlet, pressed some ons, I did everything. please help?! how do I fix it?
