Recurrant ick problem?

koi i think thats how u spell it usualy get ick desese and its happend to us before i hate to say this but u may need a new tank. thats y me and my dad made a fish pond but if u do make a fish pond put a net over it so u dont have fish being eaten by birds and make sure u put in the right chemicals.
