Is it a bad sign if my wife replaces all her O's with ♥'s in a letter t♥ the mailman?

Boy! Your wife sure does have a lot of admirers, or should I say EF's?! Now, how do you expect her to get that special delivery by walking to the mailbox? Something tells me that just wouldn't be as special as what she has in mind.
