How do you wire up 220 to an air compressor?

I have a PUMA air comp with a 220volt motor it is capaciter start and run the contacts on the electric board burntup I replaced the board and both capaciters and now it acts like it is running on 110volts.Its an emerson elec motor a diagram would be helpful
