Is cafepress.co.uk a good site?

I found a gift I'd like to buy for my friend but I'm a little wary about what sites I buy from. I have never bought anything from this site before, so does anyone know if it is trust worthy and how good they are at delivering items!? Help is much appreciated thanks :)
