Can a Texas CNA lose license over false accusations to State?

My friend is a home health CNA. She was fired from one of her agencies today bacause the Caregiver of oe of her patients reported to State that she falsefied her time and vitals on her paperwork. She didn't write any vitals at all because for whatever reason, she was not able to take them. Secondly, the caregiver actually signed off on the time she was there. I know the agency is only covering themselves in case the allegations are true. They are a good company. Can she lose her license over this? Can she fight it to possibly get that job back?
