Has anyone had a in home nurse ruin thier familys lives?

had a in home nurse from hospice come to take care of my mother in law but she also took my husband of 15 years it was a mess no one wanted to come by because they would be in her room and you coulkd hear them. My mother in law was also ashamed of they way they acted. Plus they were doing her meds. Is thier any way to make companys put higher morals on tier nurses
