Cooking frozen boneless, skinless chicken ?

If you have any bbq sauce, I would put a little in the bottom of a cerole dish, then the chicken s, then cover with more bbq sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil, bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, uncover and baste with a spoon continue to bake for additional 15-20 minutes. If you have Italian salad dressing, you can do it this way also, just pur a little in the bottom, then cover the top, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake the same as the bbq. Good luck
