Just downloaded Guitar Hero Mobile World Tour. Cannot play.?

Every time I enter the application, it asks me if I want to enable sounds, and I say yes but then it tries to connect, it says the network is busy and then my blackberry asks me "the application Guitar Hero World Tour has attempted to access a low-level network connection. Would you like to allow this?" if I say yes or no, the same happens. When I press Career, it tries to connect and of course it gives network error. I'm in Venezuela. I bought an unblocked phone.
