Do you think it would be lame for me to go sorta-scene?

ive never really had a thing, i just dress normal i guess. i really want to get into the whole scene thing because i think its really cute. im not gonna go full on makeup, hair, and emoness. just dc, hurley, roxy shirts, skinny jeans (or normal), chucks, and long hair. also any tips where to get cool stuff for less than 20$ and what else i can do.
